the Local Environment
We support and develop programs that educate the public on issues involving our vital connection to local Natural Systems, Wilderness Areas, and lifestyle changes that benefit their local environment.
Global Issues
We are a source of evidenced-based information on issues facing The Biosphere and Earth Systems by sponsoring symposia, conferences, and social events centered on Climate Change, Loss of Biodiversity, Conservation, Human Overpopulation, and related scientific topics.
Community Awareness
Our team of consultants will work directly with community members and district councils to educate the public on the necessity and benefits of Preserving and Creating Wilderness in their local areas. We address local and global issues of Environmental importance through presentations by our team members, scientists, and progressive thinkers.
Ecological education
The Human Connection to The Biosphere is without question. The C'ELAN Foundation supports education of all members of society in the basic Laws of Ecology, their local and global details, and their need to be incorporated into ANY proposed economic system. We believe this is important across the spectrum of society, especially in early education.
The Arts
The C'ELAN Foundation believes in the development of a sense of aesthetics within every person is tied to both internal and environmental awareness. The Arts are a connection between human consciousness and the beauty of Nature, and an important gateway to exploration, expansion of insight, and a deeper understanding of each other and The Universe. TCF endeavors to bring aesthetic awareness and an appreciation of The Arts into all communities to encourage empathy, communication, human self-actualization and a reconnection to Nature. Donations to TCF for The Arts provide local public access to works of art, venues for expositions, gallery space, and international art and artist exchange programs.
TCF is now developing our Pacific Art Exchange Program to display works of art from throughout the Pacific Basin with an emphasis on the art of indigenous peoples of the region. In 2023, TCF, in partnership with ARTSCIENS, LTD, will sponsor the Polynesian Art Exposition, highlighting both traditional and modern artworks from the many distinct Polynesian cultures of the Pacific.

Scientific Research
TCF encourages and supports Scientific Research in the areas of Ecology, Environmental Stewardship, Eco-economics, Sustainable Communities, Human Population Impacts, and basic non-invasive research on TCF Wilderness Lands. Our 2023 agenda includes an initiative to encourage research and information exchange between indigenous peoples from various communities throughout the world on the issues of groundwater conservation, and aquifer depletion and pollution.
